New revolutionary organic technologies are the basis of ENO’ products, thought and developed for the food industry – e.g. the confectionery industry, brewing industry, wine industry etc. A greatly experienced staff works for the Research and Development Department of ENO’ enological division: quality and innovation are its main objectives.
We believe research is the fixed course to the future and one of ENO’ main principles. ENO’ collaborates with some of the most important institutions, universities and research centres and thus is able to develop new products and to experiment with new technologies. This is the reason why ENO’s wide enological production includes fining and stabilising coadjuvants, filtration products, and biotech derivatives such as yeasts, yeast derivatives, malolactic bacteria, enzymes, ferment activators and tannins.
